These terms and conditions supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order you make, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by AccessoryBliss.com.

Shipping Policy  by 

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by AccessoryBliss.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Sales tax:
Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes. The tax rate for all orders shipped to California is 7.75%.

Shipping to an address different then your billing address:
If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, AccessoryBliss.com may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Packages undelivered:
If the address you provided to us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address in order to reship the product. However, customer will be responsible for the shipping charges, and taxes incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.

AccessoryBliss.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers.

Please note that International Checkout coordinates your AccessoryBliss.com order and is responsible for all billing, shipping and customer service issues related to your International order:

• Select your items at www.AccessoryBliss.com and put your items in the Shopping Cart.
• Select the International Shipping link in the
Shopping Cart.
• Confirm the items in your cart are ready for purchase and proceed to International Checkout by selecting the International Checkout button. 
  
• The item name, sku number and price will be transferred to International Checkout for processing.
• To complete your order, you will be asked to fill in shipping and billing information on the International Checkout website.

Return Policy  by 

Domestic Returns:

We want you to love your new cell phone accessories. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail within 30 days from the date received by following the guidelines below. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEM(s): All requests for returns must be made through your My Account page. This account was created when you made your purchase. You must login using the details in the email that was sent to you when you completed your purchase. The request to return your item must be made within your account through the RMA request. Returned goods are then sent to the appropriate manufacturer for evaluation. If product is found defective, new product is exchanged. If product is found not defective or outside the warranty period, no credit will be given. Customer will need to pay for return shipping. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

RETURN OF WRONG ITEM(s): All requests for returns must be made through your My Account page. This account was created when you made your purchase. You must login using the details in the email that was sent to you when you completed your purchase. The request to return your item must be made within your account through the RMA request. Returns will only be accepted in the case of an incorrect shipment by AccessoryBliss.com. We will ship the correct product using the same shipping method that was chosen during checkout. Customer return shipping charges will be refunded only if the same shipping method was used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will be paid by AccessoryBliss.com.

RETURN OF NEW ITEM(s): All requests for returns must be made through your My Account page. This account was created when you made your purchase. You must login using the details in the email that was sent to you when you completed your purchase. The request to return your item must be made within your account through the RMA link. Returns will only be accepted in the case of an incorrect shipment by AccessoryBliss.com. We will not authorize the return of new product or over-stocked items. If, however, AccessoryBliss.com, in its sole and exclusive discretion, decides to accept such a return, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs that were incurred by AccessoryBliss.com. No refunds will be given under any condition. Customer will need to pay for return shipping. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Original packaging - manufacturer's box, plastic, etc.
  • Manufacturer documentation - manuals, warranty cards, registration info.
  • Original UPC bar-code. Do not cut out the UPC code unless you are 100% satisfied with the product. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return.
  • The return must be complete and include all accessories - antennas, batteries, software, wires, etc.

Taxes  by 
AccessoryBliss.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. The sales tax is 7.75%. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AccessoryBliss.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, AccessoryBliss.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AccessoryBliss.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
